OurThinkTank ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TalkDoc mobile application (the "App"). When you use TalkDoc, you may provide us with the following information: your name and email address (if you create an account), voice recordings you create within the App, and documents generated from those recordings.

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the App, process your voice recordings into structured documents, improve and optimize the user experience, communicate with you about updates or support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Voice Recordings and Document Data

Voice recordings are processed on-device using speech-to-text technology. Transcribed text may be sent to our AI processing service to generate structured documents. We do not store your voice recordings on our servers. Generated documents are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share them.

4. Third-Party Services

TalkDoc may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you. These may include analytics providers (for anonymized usage data), cloud AI services (for document generation from transcripts), and payment processors (for subscription management). Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Documents and data created within the App are stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, locally stored data will be removed. Account information, if applicable, is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to you.

7. Children's Privacy

TalkDoc is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, opt out of certain data processing activities, and data portability.
