Instructions for subscribing to Pro, managing your subscription, and updating payment methods.

Managing Your Subscription
Subscribing to Pro is simple and can be done directly within the app. Your subscription is managed securely through RevenueCat and your device’s app store.
Subscribing to Pro
When you reach your Free plan limit of 5 documents per month, TalkDoc will present a PaywallModal prompting you to subscribe. You can also manually access the subscription interface at any time:
- Open the TalkDoc app
- Tap the Subscription button (located in the app menu or settings)
- Review the Pro plan details ($4.99/month)
- Tap Subscribe to begin your subscription
- Complete the purchase through your device’s app store
Managing Through App Store
Your subscription is tied to your device’s app store account (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android). To manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription:
On iPhone/iPad
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Select Subscriptions
- Find TalkDoc in the list
- Tap Manage to modify or cancel
On Android
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap your Profile icon in the top right
- Select Payments and subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select TalkDoc
- Tap Manage to modify or cancel
Accessing Subscription Status
Within the TalkDoc app, you can view your subscription status and remaining document quota:
- Open the app
- Tap the Subscription button (or Settings/Menu depending on your version)
- The Subscription modal displays your current plan and usage details
- For Free plan users, the modal shows documents used this month (e.g., “3 of 5 documents used”)
- For Pro plan users, the modal shows “Unlimited documents”
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime through your device’s app store (see instructions above). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you’ll retain access to Pro features until that date.
